Most authors keep a writer’s notebook of thoughts, feelings and ideas gathered as they travel through their day to day lives. In their writer’s notebooks, writers often include pictures, photos, parts of interesting conversations overheard - basically anything that grabs their attention that can be used in their writing. You can do the same. It’s fun, and there’s no right or wrong way to do it.
Take a look inside the ‘Writer’s Notebook’ and join Lisa Keskinen’s search for authentic writing. Lisa listens to students, teachers and professional writers talking about how the writing process unfolds for them, adding her own tips for great writing along the way.
‘Writer’s Notebook’ celebrates authentic writing in its many forms. From poetry to narrative, and writing from the heart, this is a show that has something for everyone. Join Lisa as she discovers, and shares, the joy of writing. Be inspired, get creative and start writing!
